Remote-first, without the remote-first limitations
Cinqa is based in Surat, India, and works with clients across USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and globally. Our delivery model is designed for this: async-first communication (Loom videos, written updates, shared Notion workspaces), weekly video check-ins at a time that works across your time zone, and a project structure that doesn't require real-time collaboration to make progress. Most of our US and UK clients tell us the async model is actually better than working with local vendors every decision is documented, nothing gets lost in verbal conversations, and progress is visible at all times.
Why USA and UK companies work with Cinqa
The most common reason is cost-effectiveness without quality compromise. Senior AI automation talent in the USA or UK typically costs £150–£400 per hour. Cinqa operates at a fraction of that cost for equivalent in many cases, superior technical output, because our team has shipped over 60 production pipelines across every major use case. The second reason is speed: we can start the next Monday after sign-off and ship a working pipeline in 3 to 6 weeks. Most local vendors are booked 6 to 12 weeks out. The third reason is our model: fixed scope, fixed price, full source handover. No retainers, no lock-in, no dependency on us after the build.
How we handle US and UK time zones
For US clients, we schedule weekly check-ins in the early morning US time (which is our evening). For UK clients, we have significant overlap UK afternoon aligns well with our working day. For async work, we use Loom for walk-through videos, Notion for shared documentation, and respond to questions within 4 business hours. Urgent issues (production incidents during the 30-day support period) get a same-day response regardless of time zone. We've managed engagements across time zone gaps for three years it's not a limitation, it's our default operating mode.
Legal, contracts, and data handling
We work with standard contracts that include IP transfer clauses (you own everything we build), NDA coverage (your data and trade secrets are protected), and data processing agreements where required by GDPR or CCPA. For UK clients, we're familiar with UK GDPR requirements and build data handling into our pipeline designs accordingly. For US clients, CCPA compliance is part of our standard data handling checklist. All contracts are in plain English, reviewed by a lawyer, and designed to protect the client. We don't use aggressive IP clauses or retention mechanisms.
