End-to-end content and ops pipelines: scrape, enrich, generate, review, publish. Specifically, n8n workflows that chain LLMs, vector stores, image and video generators, CRMs and CMSes. We build the system, document the human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and hand it over running. We don't sell "AI consultation". Every engagement ends with a working pipeline you own.
Three things stack. One, a voice fingerprint of how the founder actually writes (their beats, fillers, asides), not a "sound like a CEO" prompt. Two, retrieval over your real artifacts (docs, transcripts, past posts) so output is grounded. Three, a human edit pass before anything ships. The LLM is a draft engine, not the author.
Most projects ship in 3 to 6 weeks. Week 1: discovery and system design. Weeks 2 to 4: build and iterate against real data. Weeks 5 to 6: hardening, documentation, handover. Anything bigger gets sliced into separate projects with their own scopes. We don't run open-ended retainers.
Send us an enquiry with what you're trying to ship and the constraints (budget, timeline, must-haves). We respond within 48 hours with one of three things: a free 30-minute scoping call, a written response if your ask is clearer than a call, or a polite no if it's not a fit. After scoping, we send a one-page proposal. Sign and 50% deposit, and we start the next Monday.
You do. On final invoice, all source (n8n flows, custom nodes, prompts, configs, model fine-tunes) transfers to you in writing. We retain the right to talk about the work in case studies, with your sign-off on what's public. We do not resell your prompts or pipelines to other clients.
Default stack: n8n (orchestration), Postgres with pgvector (state and retrieval), Anthropic and OpenAI APIs (text), Flux and SDXL (image), ElevenLabs (voice), Remotion (video), Cloudflare R2 (storage). All portable. n8n is self-hostable, everything else swappable. If you have an existing stack, we build into it.
Yes. We build pipelines around image generation (Flux, SDXL), video stitching (Remotion plus AI), voice-cloning (ElevenLabs), and UGC creator workflows. Recent example: 800 ad-ready UGC variants from one source brief in 30 days for a skincare brand. The post-processing (captions, music beds, brand-safe bumpers) is part of the pipeline.
Every project ships with a Loom walkthrough, a written runbook (failure modes, retry logic, where to look when something breaks), and 30 days of post-launch bug-fix support included. After that, you can buy support hours in 10-hour blocks, or open a new project for additions.
