1. Services

Cinqa provides AI workflow automation and creative automation services. All engagements are governed by a signed proposal and statement of work agreed upon before work begins.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, all deliverables including n8n workflows, prompts, custom nodes, and configurations are fully transferred to the client. Cinqa retains the right to reference the work in case studies with client sign-off.

3. Payment

Projects require a 50% deposit before work commences. The remaining balance is due upon project completion. Invoices are payable within 14 days.

4. Limitation of Liability

Cinqa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of delivered systems. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
